Wow, it seems like there's a little bit of hurt and anger there. I'm sorry you feel this way. I agree with the fact that God created everyone. When we are born into this world, we are all innocent of sin. It is when we learn the difference between right and wrong and make decisions according to that knowledge that we become guilty of sin. Yes, people like Hitler, Hussein, Stalin, and all other evil people of this world were, I believe, created by God. They were just like you and me at one time, but once they were given the knowledge to determine what choices they wanted to make, they made the wrong choices. God is a God of free will. Yes, He has a plan for each of us, but WE must CHOOSE to follow His plan and seek His will for our lives. The evil of this world is only here because sin is on the Earth...because just like us, Adam and Eve were allowed to choose for themselves and they made the wrong choice allowing sin to flood the Earth.
That's where God, however, also gave us the opportunity to be forgiven for the wrong choices we make.
I believe that God cannot be fully understood or explained--we will never fully understand why He does what He does or why He allows certain things to happen on the Earth. I would never begin to explain the why's and why not's to everything that happens. I just know I can trust Him to help me make the right choices.
I would have to say that God creating and shaping "the bad guys" before they were born and before they became evil says a lot about God...he is not a control freak. He's not here to control everything we do. He's there to guide and direct us if we allow Him to do so. He's there when we need Him, but that doesn't always mean He will answer every need the moment we think it must be answered. It's like raising a child...parents tend to know what's best for their child and use many situations as learning experiences. If God gave us everything we want or need every time we want or need anything, we learn nothing. If He allows us to wait, we could be given the opportunity to learn patience, love, forgiveness, self-control, peace, understanding, gentleness, joy, faithfulness. He knows what He's doing and as hard as it is for someone like me to understand or believe that, I know that I need to have faith that He doesn't have plans of harm or destruction for me as long as I seek His best for me because it's better than my own best plans for me. He has plans for me that are greater than anything I can imagine.
If all the "bad people" of the world would've made better choices in their lives and directed their intelligence in a more positive direction, they could have been the great people that God intended them to be...they could have become more like Mother Teresa. They didn't, however, and that's where our free will comes into play.
Consider King Saul...he murdered, hunted, tortured Christians in his time. God gave him a little bit of a wake up call and King Saul became a prophet for God and changed his name to Paul. He was one of the greatest men of his time. He was just like Hitler, but instead of dying an evil, steel hearted man, he chose to change his ways and follow God. Instead of killing Christians, he began to help them, work with them, and preach to those who were not saved in hopes that they too would follow God.

I say all this to make this point, sometimes we need to allow ourselves to open up to what God is trying to do in our lives. If we'd just put aside our own pain and heartache and our own stubborness and let Him work in us, we too could become greater than we'd ever imagined possible. Don't let anger or hurt control you.

Sounds like you are doing great! Remember that program we put on about wedding planning?! You are right to get most of the stuff out of the way now! It will just make life easier and more fun down the road!

And my advice to you would be to have one person be your personal attendant on the day of the wedding. I chose my aunt. She took care of everything I asked. Things from: "Can you go down the hall to make sure the boys are getting dressed?" to "Will you please tell that person to stop taking pictures while the professional photographer is working?" to "Can you call to make sure that the dance floor will be here in time?" to "Can you go kick these people out of the reserve tables that are for family?". She was just a blessing that day!

And be sure to give everyone a schedule of the day (and/or days leading up the wedding...I did this mostly for the girls that were helping me with the little details). And then make sure your personal attendant has phone numbers of all people in the wedding, family, and vendors. So if someone isn't there she knows how to get ahold of them and doesn't have to bother you!

I'm sure I will think of more! Just ask if you have any questions. I really did have a stress-free wedding week and day! And everyone said that I was the most organized bride that they have ever been in a wedding for! So I must have done something right!

Congrats!
